Terms of Use

Effective date: July 3, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cedarglow.studio (the “Site”) and any inquiry you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nature of our work

Cedarglow provides concept development, visualization, narrative and presentation services. Unless expressly stated in a separate professional-services agreement, our work is not prepared for permitting or construction and does not constitute architectural or engineering documents, a survey, land-use or entitlement approval, an appraisal, a construction bid, a guaranteed cost estimate, legal advice or investment advice. All technical, regulatory, constructability and cost matters must be verified by appropriately licensed local professionals. Conceptual images and studies illustrate possibilities only and do not represent existing, permitted or completed work unless clearly identified as such.

Engagements are separately contracted

Nothing on the Site is an offer to perform services on particular terms. Any engagement, its scope, deliverables, fees, rights and responsibilities are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between you and Cedarglow, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Inquiry submissions

When you submit materials through the inquiry form, you represent that you have the right to share them and grant Cedarglow permission to review and use them for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to disclose. Please avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, imagery, concept studies, the “18 Nob Hill” Vision Book, graphics, layout and the Cedarglow name and marks—are owned by Cedarglow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system. You agree not to upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any concept shown can be permitted, built or achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedarglow and its owners, collaborators and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any reliance on its content.

Third-party links

The Site may reference or link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
